The Urban Herder Collective Terms & Conditions

Applicable for website domains:

Duration and Termination of Subscription

The monthly subscription runs from the date the Customer signs up via the website and will be billed at £50 per month. The subscription will automatically be renewed monthly until terminated by the Customer.

The subscription may be terminated by email to office@theurbanherder.co.uk one week before the expiry of the subscription or by the customer canceling the direct debit with the bank.

The agreement cannot be terminated for a period of subscription already initiated, and the Customer will not be entitled to a refund for that subscription period.

The Customer may terminate any subscription free of charge within two weeks of placing the first order for the subscription, provided that the Customer has not started using the Services.

The Urban Herder will be allowed to terminate the subscription immediately without giving the Customer prior notice if the Services or subscription is misused (including, but not limited to, use by other people or organizations).

In the event of the Customer filing for bankruptcy, the subscription will be terminated, and all Services will be terminated immediately, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the Parties.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining your own username and password, where required to access your customer account.
2.3 As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it.
2.4 Our website is only intended for use by adults.

4. Product Pricing, Title & Compatibility

  • Prices are displayed correctly on the website.
  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Your Order

  • The order becomes binding once confirmed.
  • The company may refuse or cancel orders under certain conditions.

6. Cancellation Rights and Refunds

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days (cooling-off period).
  • Refunds are issued for faulty goods.
